NOTE: Debit cards are also accepted BUT ONLY IF THEY HAVE THE VISA OR MASTERCARD LOGO ON THEM.

All on-line print account management functions require that the user have a
PrintID. For most users, this is the same as a Yale NetID and uses the same
password. If your password doesn't work, please go to http://www.yale.edu/password
and then select the link titled 'Synchronize your passwords'. At that screen
you will be asked to enter your NetID and password. Next hit the 'Synchronize'
button. That should repair the relationship.

- Assign cost centers (PTAEO) to individuals
- Review debits and credits to print accounts
- Create a PrintID if you are a visitor and do not have a NetID
Once a month each participant in the YPPS Distributed Printing & Copying
Program will receive an Email reminder to report the meter readings for their
rental equipment. A link to the on-line reporting tool will be included in that
message, or users can go to the Meter
