YPPS Uniprint Account Management

Please note: All print jobs will be purged every two hours to keep the print queues active.

DID YOU KNOW ...

...you can add funds to your account using a credit card?

(Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted)

NOTE: Debit cards are also accepted BUT ONLY IF THEY HAVE THE VISA OR MASTERCARD LOGO ON THEM.


Use the links on the bar to the left to:

  • Add funds to a printing account
  • Assign cost centers (PTAEO) to individuals
  • Review debits and credits to print accounts
  • Create a PrintID if you are a visitor and do not have a NetID
All on-line print account management functions require that the user have a PrintID. For most users, this is the same as a Yale NetID and uses the same password. If your password doesn't work, please go to http://www.yale.edu/password and then select the link titled 'Synchronize your passwords'. At that screen you will be asked to enter your NetID and password. Next hit the 'Synchronize' button. That should repair the relationship.

Once a month each participant in the YPPS Distributed Printing & Copying Program will receive an Email reminder to report the meter readings for their rental equipment. A link to the on-line reporting tool will be included in that message, or users can go to the Meter Read page on the YPPS Website. The reporting tool is generally available starting the third week of the month and will remain open for a period of one week.
